1. About Oxen Core Blend
Oxen Core Blend is an outdoor equipment retailer based in Nakano, Tokyo. We sell camping gear, hiking supplies and related accessories through this website and our customer service team.
2. Product information
We work to keep measurements, colors, availability and specifications accurate. Small differences may occur between screens and physical products, and manufacturers may update designs without notice.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order request is not accepted until we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order where inventory is incorrect, payment cannot be authorized, an address cannot be verified or misuse is suspected.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Japanese yen and include applicable tax information where stated. Payment is due at checkout through the available payment provider; promotional pricing is subject to its published conditions.
5. Delivery
We dispatch eligible orders from Tokyo, generally on the same business day for orders placed before 15:00. Carrier delays, weather and remote-area service limits can affect delivery estimates.
6. Returns
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before shipping an item back; damaged, worn, personalized or safety-sensitive items may require separate handling.
7. Warranties and defects
Manufacturer warranties apply where offered. If an item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us promptly with your order reference and photographs so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
8. Safe use
You are responsible for reading product instructions and using equipment within its intended limits. Camping equipment does not replace weather judgment, route planning, emergency preparation or local regulations.
9. Website use
Do not interfere with the website, scrape protected areas, submit unlawful material or use another person’s account or payment details. We may suspend access where activity threatens customers or our systems.
10. Intellectual property
Oxen Core Blend names, text, product photography, illustrations and site code belong to Oxen Core Blend or its licensors. You may view and print content for personal shopping purposes, but may not reproduce it commercially.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oxen Core Blend is not responsible for indirect loss arising from a delayed website or a product used outside its instructions. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and disputes that cannot be resolved directly with us fall under the jurisdiction of the courts covering Nakano Ward, Tokyo. In practice, the great majority of order questions we handle — a delayed shipment, a warranty claim, a sizing mismatch — are sorted out through a direct message or call, and we would rather hear from you first than have a disagreement escalate unnecessarily.
14. Severability
If any single clause in these terms is found unenforceable by a court, the remaining terms stay in force, and we will treat the affected clause as replaced by one that reflects its original purpose as closely as the law allows. Not enforcing a term on one order, such as accepting a return slightly outside the usual window as a one-time courtesy, does not waive our right to apply that same term on a future order.
15. Age and account responsibility
You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or ordering with the involvement of a parent or guardian, when you place an order with us. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the shipping and contact details you provide; we are not responsible for a delivery that fails because an address or phone number on file was incorrect or out of date.
17. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under an order to someone else without our agreement. We may assign these terms in connection with a change in how the store is run, provided your existing order, warranty and return rights are not reduced as a result.
